Steve Higa, VP of Operations & Quality of Cala Health, has held diverse roles in medical device manufacturing, operations, and engineering over the past 35 years, in both growth stage start-ups and multinational companies. Prior to joining Cala, Steve served as VP of Manufacturing for miraDry and VP of Operations for Zoll Circulation and leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson Lifescan. With expertise in lean manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and product lifecycle management, Steve has a track record of building high-performing teams and scaling operations to deliver reliable, high-quality products. Steve holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
