Senior Product Manager, Core

The Senior Product Manager, Core will collaborate with all functions of organization to drive our offerings with a focus on our patients. A deep understanding of our patient and physician needs to map the best-in-class products and experiences in this new bioelectronic medicine industry will be developed. This individual will work cross functionally to drive to solutions based on rigorous analytics and customer needs.

Research Data Engineer

The Research Data Engineer will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data and data pipeline architecture to support early-stage research activities, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross-functional teams and external partners.

Head of Healthcare Economics and Outcomes Research

The Head of Healthcare Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer, is responsible for defining and building economic and clinical value evidence plan, programs, and tools to accelerate commercial success. Cala Health is committed to ensuring patients, providers and payers receive the greatest value from our evidence-based neuromodulation therapy. This position will be responsible for leading the commercial efforts to generate real world evidence and tools that will be used across providers and payers to quantify the value of Cala Trio and future products to establish NEW standards of care. This leader will also partner with key commercial functions in designing and implementing programs to optimize clinical and economic outcomes for patients receiving care with Cala Health therapies (e.g., Cala Trio) resulting in accelerated adoption and loyalty.

Technical Program Manager

The Technical Program Manager will join our growing team within the Cala Labs division. The TPM will include working with an experienced team and being responsible for program management of several research, development, quality and regulatory projects.

Sr. Software Quality Engineer

The Senior Software Quality Engineer will actively participate in the product development cycle by developing appropriate software test strategies. He/she will identify KPIs, set baselines and establish targets and effectively collaborate with a diverse set of engineers, data scientists and leaders to improve quality.

Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer will ensure the highest quality products are provided to our customers, and will focus on manufacturing, test, packaging, and design for manufacturability.

VP, Sales

US Vice President, Sales will have the unique opportunity to develop the sales strategy, build out a sales team and lead a group of Territory Managers for the Company. The VP, Sales is responsible for designing and executing a US wide sale strategy, introducing Cala Health’s novel breakthrough technology, the Cala Trio, to Neurology HCPs and achieving the business’ aggressive growth objectives.

The Territory Manager (TM) will be a key contributor in the successful growth of the Cala Trio therapy and Cala Health. This leader will be responsible for growing clinician adoption and prescription-writing for the novel Cala Trio therapy. Targeting Healthcare Professionals, including Movement Disorder Specialists, Neurologists, and Occupational Therapists working with patients diagnosed with Essential Tremor. The TM will also support our market access initiatives by identifying and developing physician champions to influence new payer coverage.

Territory Manager - Michigan
